Four Weeks to Wellness

The Division of Workforce Development and Community Education is pleased to offer a Four Weeks to Wellness class.

This four-week course will focus on improving your health using nutrition. Each session will concentrate on a different wellness topic for the season of autumn:  Week 1: Seasonal Eating for Autumn; Week 2: Strengthening Your Lungs; Week 3: Solving Sleep Problems; Week 4: Boosting Immunity.
